What happens when Quantum screws up?!%@#*!
It doesn’t happen often, but it happens. When it happens:
- You will hear us say, “We screwed up. It’s our fault. We’re sorry. There is no charge. We will make things right.”
- You will see us find out if we have a process/technical problem or a people problem.
- You will see us take action so the situation doesn’t happen again.
- You can tell us what else we need to do (after you’re finished telling us where to go).
